Gainesville, Fla. – Recent Florida lacrosse graduate Maggi Hall will continue playing lacrosse at the professional level, as she was selected to participate in the 2024 Athletes Unlimited Pro Lacrosse Season. The news was announced Tuesday, with a total of 56 players earning the right to play in the league.

It is the fourth season of Athletes Unlimited Pro Lacrosse, which began in 2021. The season is set to take place for 24 days, lasting July 18 – August 11 at the USA Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, Md. All games will be available live exclusively either on ESPN platforms or Bally Sports regional sports networks and the Bally Sports app, when users sign in through their pay TV provider or subscribe to Bally Sports+.

AU Pro Lacrosse features a range of scoring innovations to bring athletes and fans a unique and intense version of the sport. Individual athletes earn points based on both team wins and individual performance, with the leaderboard changing constantly. In addition, teams change each week with the top four athletes in the standings serving as captains and drafting their teams. At the end of the four-week season, the player with the most points is crowned as the league’s individual champion.

Hall had a legendary senior season, becoming the first ever Gator to lead the country in total points with 119. The attacker totaled career highs in goals (65), assists (54), shot percentage (.619) and ground balls (27), while becoming the 15th every Florida lacrosse player to earn IWLCA First Team All-American honors. Hall totaled 11 hat-tricks and compiled nine games of 7 or more points. The Bel Air, Md. native’s 54 assists in a season and 127 assists in her career are both records at UF. Hall ranks fifth all-time in points (292) and seventh all-time in goals (165) at Florida, with 27 total hat-tricks. She ended her career on a 42-game point streak.

She is the eighth Gator Alumni to partake in the professional lacrosse league, along with two assistant coaches in Nicole Levy and Taryn VanThof.
