(Men’s Lacrosse) – After dominating play at the faceoff X for Florida Tech in its win over North Greenville, Travis Wunder earned himself a second consecutive Sunshine State Conference Specialist of the Week honor for the week of Feb. 8-14. The Westminster, Maryland native controlled 13-of-15 draws in the Panthers’ 10-5 win on Saturday. He started a perfect 13-of-13 on faceoffs during the first three quarters of the contest. Wunder also grabbed a game-high seven groundballs against the Crusaders. Through two games this season, the junior has racked up 34 victories at the X while boasting a win percentage of .723. The men’s lacrosse team returns to action on Friday, Feb. 26 as it hosts Lenoir-Rhyne at Florida Tech Panther Stadium. Start time between the Panthers and Bears is set for 7 p.m. ET.
