Written by Lee Roggenburg on . Posted in .
St. Andrew’s junior middie Sabrina Kaplan has committed to play at Division 1 University of California Berkeley. From first year St. Andrew’s coach Mike Skonieczki:  “Sabrina is one of the best middies in south Florida. She will graduate from SA in 2016. Sabrina is one of best student athletes I have ever worked with. Sabrina’s hard work has paid off. She has continued to hit the wall everyday along with the fitness center. Sabrina’s South Florida club teams are Lax Maniax and Upstate Lacrosse.” From Sabrina:  “I want to thank my parents and sister for always supporting me along the way. I also would like to thank my coaches and teammates for helping me become the player that I am today. The University of California Berkeley is the perfect fit for me because it is everything I ever wanted in a school. Academically and athletically, there is no comparison. I have been given a great opportunity to play for Coach Brooke Eubanks.  I am extremely excited to be a Cal Bear and I am looking forward to what the future holds for me at The University of California Berkeley.” FLN took a look at the Cal’s schedule and it looks like a blast!  Congratulations to Sabrina!
