Maclay jumped out to a 3-1 1st quarter lead building to a 5-1 halftime lead with goals by Tripp Transou, Tucker Schwarz and Luke Langford. Chiles narrowed the lead to 7-4 mid way through the 3rd quarter with 2 consecutive goals by Kevin Clarke assisted by Andy Hough. Maclay dominated the game from there cruising to a 13-6 victory with goals by Torgerson, Chase, Javier Masferrer and Lewis Langford. Maclay goalie Connor Lamba was solid in net.
Maclay will enjoy a bye in the next round and await the winner of the first round play-off game between Episcopal and Providence.
